Independent Global Pepper Brokerage 

Overview

For over 25 years, Brazspice works as a independent, Dutch-managed pepper International brokerage based at origin in Brazil, providing European industrial buyers with the ability to compare verified export partners and structure reliable multi-origin pepper supply programs. 

We operate across major spice-producing countries, including Brazil, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Madagascar and more. Our services include:

• Prospecting and connecting clients with qualified suppliers
• Facilitating negotiations until contracts are concluded
• Supporting both parties through clear, structured communication
• Promoting transparency, trust, and efficiency in trade processes

Upon contract finalization, all commercial, logistical, and financial responsibilities lie with the supplier and buyer. We may receive a commission from the seller for successfully facilitating a transaction.

A broker is defined as a neutral party that arranges commercial transactions between buyers and sellers. In our role, we do not take possession of goods, handle payments, or act as principal parties (buyer or seller) in any sales contract. This differentiates us from agents, who represent the interests of a specific party in a transaction.

Brazspice :

• Does not act as a buyer or seller
• Does not purchase, sell, receive, store, or ship any products
• Does not collect or process any form of payment
• Does not authorize price inflation or pay third-party commissions
• Operates solely as a facilitator and consultant
   

We focus primarily on supplier-side services such as client prospecting, marketing strategy, and brand representation. We aim to add value through deep market knowledge and global reach, enhancing security and satisfaction for our partners.

All transactions arranged through our network are governed by contracts directly established between buyer and seller. We require that:

• Both parties agree to the terms and conditions before signing
• All necessary due diligence is performed by both sides
• Transparency is maintained throughout the process
   

We strongly encourage all prospective clients to review our sales procedures before requesting quotations or entering negotiations.

While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Brazspice Spices assumes no legal responsibility for:

• Errors or omissions in product offers or supplier data
• Contract performance between buyers and sellers
• The content of linked third-party websites
• Any damages arising from the use of our communications or website

We advise all clients to conduct independent assessments before entering agreements. Key areas for verification include:
