Our core business involves identifying and prospecting new customers, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts until they are finalized. Once the contract is signed, the supplier takes responsibility for managing the financial and logistical procedures, ensuring the product is delivered and paid for. Brazil Trade Business Group LLC / Brazspice Spices may receive a commission from the seller for the successful facilitation of the transaction. 

At Brazil Trade Business Group LLC / Brazspice Spices, we take great care to ensure that both parties are fully satisfied before committing to any supply contract. All transactions between the supplier and buyer are governed by a contract, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process. Before requesting a quote, we recommend that you review our sales procedures and assess whether your company is ready to begin negotiations with us.

Both parties enter into contracts with full understanding of all terms and conditions outlined.

Brazil Trade Business Group LLC / Brazspice Spices does not sign sales contracts as either the buyer or the seller, nor do we buy, sell, receive, or ship any products, nor do we handle any payments related to sales contracts or engage in financial transactions. The company receiving the payment is solely responsible for the transaction.

Our operations focus on providing services to suppliers, particularly in marketing campaigns and client prospecting. We do not pay commissions or authorize overpricing. We act exclusively as consultants and facilitators in the process.
