 Overview 

For over 25 years, Brazspice has operated in international trade and today works as an independent, Dutch-managed pepper brokerage based at origin in Brazil.

We connect industrial buyers with verified pepper exporters and support structured, multi-origin supply programs across established producing origins.

We operate across major pepper-producing origins, including Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, and selected specialty origins.

Our services include:

• Identifying and connecting industrial buyers with qualified exporters and suppliers
• Coordinating quotations and commercial negotiations
• Facilitating negotiations through contract conclusion
• Supporting ongoing supply programs and repeat business
• Coordinating commercial communication between buyer and supplier
• Supporting communication relating to shipments, documentation, quality matters, and other commercial issues
• Providing origin-based market intelligence and procurement support
• Promoting transparency, continuity, and efficiency throughout the commercial relationship

Sales contracts are concluded directly between the buyer and the respective supplier/exporter. Brazspice may receive brokerage commissions or other agreed commercial compensation in connection with successfully concluded transactions.

Brazspice acts as an independent broker and commercial coordinator between buyers and suppliers.

We do not take ownership or physical possession of the goods and do not act as the buyer, seller, importer, or exporter under the sales contract.

Brazspice:

• Does not purchase or resell products
• Does not take title to or physical possession of goods
• Does not receive, store, or ship products
• Does not collect or process payment for the goods
• Does not act as the contractual buyer or seller
• Coordinates commercial communication and negotiations between the parties
• Supports buyers and suppliers throughout the commercial relationship and ongoing supply programs

The supplier/exporter remains responsible for supplying and invoicing the goods in accordance with the applicable sales contract, while the buyer remains responsible for its contractual obligations, including payment and import-related responsibilities as applicable.

Brazspice may remain actively involved throughout the transaction as broker and commercial coordinator, including during contract execution, shipment, documentation, quality discussions, and follow-up business.

All transactions arranged or facilitated by Brazspice are governed by sales contracts established directly between the respective buyer and seller.

We expect that:

• Both parties review and agree to the applicable terms and conditions before signing
• Appropriate commercial and technical due diligence is conducted
• Product specifications, quality requirements, payment terms, and shipment conditions are clearly agreed between the contracting parties
• Commercial communication relating to transactions introduced or coordinated by Brazspice is maintained through Brazspice as broker and commercial coordinator

We encourage prospective clients to review the applicable sales procedures before requesting quotations or entering negotiations.

While Brazspice endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date commercial and market information, Brazspice  is not the contractual seller, manufacturer, exporter, buyer, or importer of goods arranged through its brokerage activities.

The respective contracting parties remain responsible for the performance of their obligations under the sales contract, including product conformity, shipment, documentation, payment, and other contractual requirements.

Brazspice does not assume responsibility for:

• Errors or omissions in information supplied by third parties
• Performance or non-performance of contractual obligations by buyers or suppliers
• The content of third-party websites or external information sources
• Matters outside the reasonable control or responsibility of Brazspice in its capacity as broker

For matters relating to contracts, logistics, payments, documentation, quality, or other commercial aspects of transactions introduced or coordinated by Brazspice, communications should be coordinated through Brazspice as the broker, while the respective buyer and seller remain responsible for their contractual obligations.

We encourage all clients to conduct appropriate independent assessments before entering into commercial agreements.

• Certifications and analytical requirements
• Samples and pre-shipment documentation where appropriate
• Contractual, payment, and shipment conditions
